Ilana, Kevin, Kobi, Kornit, Racheli, Yaron, and I have gone hiking Nachal Barak and Nachal Vardit. We started at the tiny town of Faran and hiked across the desert prairie and into the cliffs of Chadod. There we picked up on the Israeli Trail and followed it into Barak.

We spent the night half way between Barak and Vardit. We cooked seven different dishes and celebrated Kobi's birthday with candles and dessert. The next morning we hiked Vardit and made it back to Faran by 3pm. Total distance about 30km.
