Having woken up at an ungodly hour, I picked up Roman and together we went cycling in the Carmel mountains. We climbed from Yokne'am to Dir El Muhraka ("The burning place monastery"), where Elijah confronted the priests of Baal, and returned via Derech Hasadot and Derech Nof Carmel.
